High levels of micro management. Stressful work environment. Very high turnover rates (well above 50%). Lacks an HR department. Huge layoffs at fiscal year end due to poor performance. Existing employees are expected to pick up responsibilities of everyone who was let go, on top of continuing their own jobs. Somehow, management keeps giving themselves promotions while the company has been suffering. Lack of work/personal boundaries: late evening calls, being contacted and expected to work during your PTO/sick leave. No pay raises for over 1.5 years, but constant belittling of your performance.

Supply Chain can't procure products leading to huge loss of revenue. Engineering team is bloated, a lot of work leads to minimal progress. Layoffs hit the company at the end of fiscal year, more work being piled onto folks. Huge turnover the last 12 months, people leaving for better jobs and roles are not being backfilled. 2 years underperforming and not meeting revenue forecast.
