Complete Disarray - Manager Cosasco Employee Review

Poor leadership and accountability. More concerned with pointing the finger instead of improving the situation. Inability to regain their status of industry leader in corrosion monitoring. Wasted overhead on an Engineering Team that can only produce resurrected past failures and pass them off as new ideas. Major disappointment in the parent company Halma and their lack of involvement in the potential success of Cosasco. Embarrassed to say I was even a part of this organization.
