life balance : they dont expect employees work over time. in the same time, they want you come back to office every morning 9:00

Cons

A japanese company owned by japanese man . however the boss only visits the office 3-4 days a month. What he learned about the company just coming from reporting of two senior ladies. However , these two ladies know nothing about business, and only playing political game in office every day!

Decent pay, in line with the industry. That's it.

Cons

Terrible management, complete lack of transparency and direction. Internal camps and in-fighting make it impossible to complete even the most basic tasks. No leadership. Would avoid at all costs

- They hire you just to steal your idea. Once its provided, they will fire you and hire someone cheaper to do it. - Employees are treated as a tool. Very bad. - Management knows nth but playing political games - No decision making and no leadership
