There are really NO PROS working for this company.
Cons
Management doesn't respect their employees at all and doesn't provide adequate training to do your job. Plus the worst thing is that management has high expectations of their employees and they don't pay well at ALL!
This is a great company to obtain experience in the industry, however not a good long-term career company at this point in time. They continue to try to find ways to improve from what we’re told.
Cons
Benefits are poor and upper management is based on who you know rather than your level of experience. They vocalize about them improving aspects of the company, but they certainly take their time doing so if it is a true statement.
