Pros

- Friendly work environment - You get a lot of responsibility which results in expendable experience to multiple industries and positions - Amazing Work-Life Balance - Understanding and supportive team - Tight-knit "family-esque" atmosphere - Supervisors/Managers are patient with you and will do anything to make you better

Cons

- You have to put in a lot of work to become a full-time employee. This isn't a knock on the company, rather it's more of a critique of the sports industry

Pros

Like the headline says, the people were extremely supportive of each other's roles. They were approachable and went out of their to help you out. The learning curve is great if you want to kickstart your career in sports.

Cons

The workload can get heavy at times. The owner needs to stop glorifying unpaid internships under the pretext that this is a learning opportunity. Unpaid internships should be illegal. Period. At least reimburse expenses when unpaid interns have to show up to office or buy them lunch. That's the least you can do. Offer a job or a minimum stipend. I don't understand how they proudly scream that we offer unpaid internships here.
