      Almost anyone can start here, nice products to work with

      Cons

      Tedious job; forced to push overpriced jewellery on people and forced to lie about why the price so high; no future prospects; terrible communication from upper management; crap salary; no transparency; management wants to keep their employees in the dark; management completely ignores employees' suggestions, comments, concerns and criticism despite them working directly with clients all the time; no benefits; talented and ambitious employees will be blocked from every direction

      Pros

      An international team of colleagues, you can use as many languages as you wish during your work. Lots of free time when there are no clients. You can work 1-5 days per week.

      Cons

      Very low salaries, no commission, low bonus. No communication between staff and management. Very short training in the beginning, not enough special workshops to deepen the selling skills. No career growth opportunities.

      Working by Coster Diamonds such nice experience, colleagues is really nice, and they are coming from different country for sure, as Coster diamonds more concern about the multilingual. You will work with international atmosphere, with different cultures.

      Cons

      Even though we are working very hard, but it seems difficult to company to give a fix contract, in the low season many colleagues have to struggling to look for the new job
