The staff turnover is constant due to the abusive environment directly created by management - lying, threatening your job and being disrespectful. Management hires people and then sabotages them by not giving them the tools needed to do their job. Then speaks poorly of them to other employees and industry professionals. Management takes zero responsibility for her actions and blames everything on everyone else.

Cons: Inconsistent training and direction from management, some training too much detail is given and other tasks you are left to figure out how to do on your own. Management style is micro-management and also passive aggressive. Management is not very good at discussing personnel issues with the employee in order to develop improved working relationship, you are likely to be given the silent treatment if you are not performing in the desired manner. Often new deliverables are added without warning and without increasing staffing. Very high employee turnover rate for a small company.
