      -The workers were passionate about the project we worked on and tried to make it great.

      Cons

      -Illegally classified as independent contractor. -Fired with 0 warning -paid massively under market rate pay -no health care -verbally abused by owners over slack chat, intimidated and insulted regularly. -0 mentorship

      Pros

      Talented team. Remote work environment. Not much to write home about, projects are so-so.

      Cons

      Leadership is micromanaging every aspect of the studio. People getting fired left right and center. You are treated well if you are friends with the higher ups. Not a lot of freedom to apply yourself. Uneasy and toxic work environment.

      - Full time remote - Decent pay salary - Good benefits like 401k matching and plenty of time-off

      Cons

      - Environment and Character Leads and Directors have really bad communication skills and problem solving. - Production coordinators makes communication worse between departments. - Bosses contribute to the production mess by empowering underqualified people in the studio.
