Pros

* Very flexible with hours, changing shifts, or contacted hours to suit your needs. * You will have gold membership, so your purchases will be at a lower price point. * You can book holiday over the christmas period.

Cons

*You have to work a saturday or Sunday, so if you need a weekend off you have to use a days holiday *minimum wage *One of your shifts has to be an 8pm finish *No communication from management to the employees with regards to sales figures, whats new, feedback from walk arounds. * Low moral within the team * Poor training - you would need previous retail experience and the confidence to teach yourself. * Management unprofessional and not always confidential. * No sick pay
