Your pay is max out after 15 years, and after that, you can be as lazy as you can get away with it and still paid at the max lavel. 2. Nepotism at it's best. Don't really need experiences, get close with the boss, speak same langue with the boss, You will be groomed for front and center position, even when you have no experiences, nor good at your job at all.

They will fire you without a reason even without write up. They will fight your unemployment. Very unprofessional, severely lacking in marketing, and very dismissive of employee needs. On paper CDCC is amazing, the reality is very different, unless you are senior management or friends with the board you will never be heard. The union is ok but hasn’t helped much of anything.
