They will fire you without a reason even without write up. They will fight your unemployment. Very unprofessional, severely lacking in marketing, and very dismissive of employee needs. On paper CDCC is amazing, the reality is very different, unless you are senior management or friends with the board you will never be heard. The union is ok but hasn’t helped much of anything. Severe lack of organizational communication and a genuine lack of compassion to employees unless you make over 100k
