Community feel, coworkers like family, mission driven organization truly committed to making healthcare better and more accessible for everyone. Open-minded staff. Pretty solid leadership team.

Cons

Like any longtime non-profit, slow to make policy changes, burnout possible due to high stress environment, no overtime/holiday compensation.

Great mission, small company feel, respectful environment, minimum levels of management, committees to identify issues and improve processes

Cons

No regular reviews, feedback with supervisor very minimal, management announces strategic changes but doesn't maintain them, no employee recognition from management, supervisors tend to be poor leaders
