Pros
Decent pay, coworkers are fun, and an overall fun environment. Customers tend to be very energetic and kind. Sometimes they can be good tippers.
Cons
The worst part of working for country view is the management. The gm has a tendency to talk about his employees behind their back to other employees. He can be very rude and snarky and he has an overly inflated ego a majority of the time. Sometimes the customers can be creepy towards the women who work for country view. And some of the golfers can be a little snobby.
