      Pros

      You can take ownership of your tasks/projects and grow and spend time to develop your skills by yourself.

      Cons

      You don't need to have good technical skills but need to be a good apple polisher to satisfy head managers. Expect no support from other sections even from your team members as everyone is trying to report others and undermine other's condition just like a school. The environment is boring and only good for old people, not much fun and lot of weird policies that makes you surprised.

      Real big brother vibe Poor management pay/benefits are well below market rate - incompetent leadership: these guys have no idea how to run a company - "loyalty" valued over skill, performance, or competence. "trust" is cited as the single most important quality, and yet no employee is trusted. - super strict work hours, no exceptions It was immediately clear how unhappy the existing team was from my first day on the job. People do not feel valued or respected, despite making real sacrifices for the company. The IT lead has no idea how to manage deadlines and constantly over promises to the owners, leading to everyone on the team stressing out ALL THE TIME. Everything is so secretive and people are always whispering in offices The minutes and hours crawl by and you can feel the despair in the air.
