Great product Some excellent people Flexibility This has the potential to be a great place.
Cons
Over-commitment from leadership. Sales team making promises that can't be met. Not enough resources to get it done. Leadership and direction is not clear enough.

Nice place to work with and you will be given too many chances to learn.

Too much work pressure that many times you feel overloaded. Keep doing re-structuring and context switching.
