From the perspective of the US division- Boots on the ground people and those at the Canadian office are amazing. Portfolio of products is impressive.

Vast majority of product portfolio is unavailable to sell. Micromanagement, unprofessionalism, male dominated culture. Those who speak, even when encouraged to, are pounced on. “Coaching” is telling reps why they are wrong after the fact. There is no career development, there are no promotions, things don’t change.
