Pros
Great group of Engineers who have fantastic client relationships. They develop their staff to provide top level service while maintaining a friendly, educational and professional environment. They truly promote their staff and encourage development and learning.
Cons
Travel can be extensive depending on the project but the silver lining is you have a changing scenery as the projects close out and new doors open.

Pros
These people are amazing. Family oriented company with a strong emphasis on worker appreciation. If you put in the time and effort, you will never go a day without work. They value input from employees. Encourage professional development and involvement in local engineering/public works groups.
Cons
Occasionally, projects require long commutes. Sometimes you'll end up working in room with no windows but it could be worse. Need more snacks at the job site trailers.
