Occasionally, projects require long commutes. Sometimes you'll end up working in room with no windows but it could be worse. Need more snacks at the job site trailers.

There are a lot of great people in the company, and the salary and benefits are good.

Organization is top heavy, and for a company that claims to be transparent, there seems to be quite a bit of politics involved in getting ahead in the company.
