Constant restructures, with very limited and unclear communication of changes. Unable to implement any changes within teams, as organisation is full of old-timers who file a complaint over minor disagreements. Line manager's do not have the capability to support their team with regards to learning and development. Learning and development is close to non-existent for business support staff. HR Advisors do not seem to support with this element, both are considerably rude and obtain poor customer service skills. A typical public sector organisation....
