Pros

Some leaders are competent. Gives opportunities to newbies.

Cons

-Very Low pay. They only pay the VAs 1/10 of what the client pays. Key keep the rest for themselves. VAs don't have mandatory government benefits. - Blatant corruption and nepotism. -Most of HR and Finance people are friend or relatives of the COO. They don't do their jobs very well but still gets promoted. -Very toxic team leads. They make you work overtime without pay, trick you and gaslight you. Can't even go to the bathroom without someone tracking the minutes that you were not on your desk. - their computers are very slow and outdated. They make clients pay for the full price of a computer, but is only Providing cheap and second hand PCs to the VAs. - the CEO does not care about all this, all he cares for is the money. -

Pros

They will match you with a Client as soon as possible.

Cons

They are too strict, especially for those who work on-site. They will set up ridiculous rules that really don't apply to every virtual assistant who works under them. They will provide attendance incentives with qualifications that are hard to achieve for 80% of the VAs. We rarely have any issues with the clients we are working for, but the management of this company is not reliable or effective at all. They are not consistent, and they do not listen to the concerns of their VAs. Apply at your own risk.

Pros

None at all, It’s a trap, They’re a scam

Cons

Only gives you small training allowance, and it comes with a Bond Agreement of 22k if you don’t follow the contract. They will terminate you anytime without any written warnings and without hearing. Not a stable job because every day you go to work, you’re always anxious about if you still have a job tomorrow. They will terminate you anytime they can and replace you for no valid reason and they will not give your salary and ask you to pay for the bond if that happens. They really are a scam and should have a case with Department of Labor
