They are too strict, especially for those who work on-site. They will set up ridiculous rules that really don't apply to every virtual assistant who works under them. They will provide attendance incentives with qualifications that are hard to achieve for 80% of the VAs. We rarely have any issues with the clients we are working for, but the management of this company is not reliable or effective at all.
