      Pros

      Great products! Prior to 2019 this company was amazing to work for.

      Cons

      Once new corporate leadership took over, everything spiraled out of control. Inventory started to suffer and overall management went from hero to zero.

      Business failing miserably Upper management clueless on beauty No perks, no WFH, barely any PTO Work endlessly and no matter what your doing it wrong No work life balance Literally no one knows what theyre doing So much turn over No direction No guidance
