      Toxic Environment In The Marketing Division

      Great work hours, nice people, good company mission.

      Cons

      Since our new Director started, he has created a toxic work environment. Recently, they terminated a key member of the team without any explanation. Under the new leadership, everyone is on edge and good people are discussing about leaving. The recent termination has created a more toxic environment particularly not providing any status as to why.

      As far as state agencies go, this is a fast paced environment. No one is sitting around reading the newspaper here.

      Cons

      Constantly in reactive mode and no support from management as they have no idea what is actually going on in their department.
