      Pros

      - Worked from home - Many great people to work with - Excellent lip service about the future of the organization

      Cons

      - Laid off after 10+ years of exemplary service and offered an deplorable severance package - Seriously, they should be embarrassed by the severance offer - Could only collect on this abysmal severance package if I signed away every legal right - Lied to me about paying accrued vacation and tried to get me to sign away my rights to claim it - Consistently told me for months that my employment was safe until they fired me - Made it a point at every meeting to discuss how difficult it is to find good people yet did not allow me to apply for other positions in the company - Did not receive raises for many years despite excellent performance reviews

      Management and product Failure - Code Red

      Pros

      There are few; 1) Paychecks are timely (for now), 2) Some customers are "captive" - in too deep to easily leave Covisint (Automotive), 3) long tenured caring employees.

      Cons

      The operation is not run in a professional manner. The managment team is incompetent. Entirely. In sum, if you look at their careers you will see an unbroken string of failure(s) and I am confident they have not learned from their experiences. The CEO, CFO, and Counsel are dishonest, opaque, and self interested retreads - not out for the good of the company but rather protecting their paychecks at the expense of all else. I really can't say enough bad things about this inept group. The contracts they book are "one off" documents that are both poorly thought out and poorly executed.

      Bad Business practices and sneaky executive team

      Pros

      Not much on the positive side anymore. The people were the best! But those people are gone now.

      Cons

      What company do you know of that doesn't have a clear vision? Doesn't invest in their employees and HR reps who run and hide and visibly act like they don't like PEOPLE? This company is winging it and failing. The way loyal and long-time southfield based employees are treated by executives and others who are newer to the company especially those attitudes in San Francisco is down right disgusting!
