Pros

- Worked from home - Many great people to work with - Excellent lip service about the future of the organization

Cons

- Laid off after 10+ years of exemplary service and offered an deplorable severance package - Seriously, they should be embarrassed by the severance offer - Could only collect on this abysmal severance package if I signed away every legal right - Lied to me about paying accrued vacation and tried to get me to sign away my rights to claim it - Consistently told me for months that my employment was safe until they fired me - Made it a point at every meeting to discuss how difficult it is to find good people yet did not allow me to apply for other positions in the company - Did not receive raises for many years despite excellent performance reviews

Pros

Once you are hired, management places a lot of faith in you and enables you to do your job.

Cons

Being such a fast-paced environment, the work can become very intense.

Pros

Nice building and gym , although they are moving out of Downtown in the near future. Pay is competitive. Some good people are still there.

Cons

Cronyism Cuts over the summer were too deep in all departments and attrition is taking it's toll. Very difficult to navigate the waters and get your work done. The few people left who do care are stuck with a lack of resources and management that is clueless. Morale is very low. The mood in the company is that Covisint may be waiting to get bought out. If there is some other end game it is not clear. Lots of Directors, yet very little direction. Covisint announced in May/June that they are now solely a Platform/Product company and are not focusing on the client - so what exactly are all the Directors directing? It's a very small Platform/Product, it should require two Directors max not 14ish. Covisint gives lip service to supporting their Platform/Product but if project teams report a bug, the product team will just stare back at you like you have two heads. It will not be fixed.
