      Pros

      The industry is interesting and pay is high

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership, the wrong people in the wrong jobs, management with no focus or drive, new management that doesn't know what it is doing, very little communication, lots of emails and voicemails get ignored, no one takes ownership of anything and there is no structure or consequences. Also, favoritism is rampant.

      Pros

      Dynamic work environment, a lot of opportunity to do more work for the same pay.

      Cons

      Complete and total lack of respect for those in the field and with the company for decades. They hire and fire 20 somethings while paying them half as much as they pay their senior staff, and they only do a quarter of the work due to lack of management. No surprise that a majority of those they hire have no relevant experience to back them up, which leads to shoddy work and more to be done for those in senior staff positions who have to clean up after them, while again not receiving any wage increases or bonuses from the extra workload.

      Interesting business in a fast growing important industry.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, poorly organized, lacking strong leadership and vision. Wrong people in the wrong jobs. Needs to focus.
