Pros
The best duty of care I've never known working on a production that lasted long after leaving the show. I was looked after with regular calls and check-ins from the senior team and made me realise that good people still exist working in telly! I'll never be more thankful for the after care I received during and whilst working on a very difficult production.
Cons
Nepotism is rife in the company which can often give the wrong idea to other members of the team.
