      Nothing Waste of time Very bad management

      Many cons.. Not good management Not give hike to employees and distinguished between South Indian and North indian employees. Not team for work Lot of politics CEO of the company is behaving like illiterate person and not Even supporting there employees. Never join this company just a waste of time not career growth at all and they don't have project also. Making people and student fool . They kick people out without notice and no benefits only less salary. No Flexible working hour.. And asking to come office in corona time.. By sick CEO.

      None, nothing, waste, politics etc.

      Cons

      No carrier growth, Management is not friendly, Some of colleagues are worst characters, No respect to elder employees, No Increment of salary, politics and many more. They will kick out the employees whenever they want without any notice period.
