CTS feels like a small ‘family oriented’ team at first.
Cons
Operations are a disaster. It is worse than the blind leading the blind. Uncapped commission seems like a dream but the reality is you will spend days/weeks on a role that will never come to fruition. On the flip side you will be encouraged to work nights and weekends for fake projects that will turn out to be a waste of time. The cherry on top? They will tell staff how amazing they are the night before they lay off 15 people. Leadership and operations are running the business right into the ground and ruining the company culture in the process.
