I had a 3 month trial and in that time they completely changed the job role. So from the description they put on indeed to the description they actually wanted after three months was completely different.
After the end of the three month trial they told me I was dismissed, I asked why did the job change as I had no experience of what they wanted me to do, there answer was- that’s just the way the job turned out organically, sorry!
So I gave up my original job that I had been at for 4.5yrs to go there and there answer was-that’s just the way the job turned out organically, sorry! So I have now not got a job because you didn’t know what you were looking for in the job role you put out on indeed and took me on to do.
I should of known they didn’t know what they were doing as the job role title on here was completely different to the role name I signed up for.
Also I had 2 hospital operations one small and one medium, so had two days off for the first operation and five days to recover for the other and when they dismissed me they used this time off as sickness against me.
They said it’s a really nice place to work and everyone is lovely, the boss is on dragons dens and I found that there are a lot of sly people out for themselves and a lot of people who are good employees but certainly not management.
All in all i find it’s terrible behaviour from a company we’re the boss is on national television to treat people like that when they do not know what they are looking for. I think if your looking for a professional well run company don’t be fooled by there boss being on TV this place certainly won’t be for you.
