Pros

- Hour lunch on a Wednesday. - Staff discount. - Some friendly people.

Cons

- No creativity and room for ideas aloud - you will soon be put down by people. - Unsociable and hostile team. - When ideas are presented, you’re told that will ‘offend’ people who created it originally, so don’t expect any development. - People that have been there longer than you feel entitled and will make you feel unwelcomed. - No training or clear guidance. - Micro- managers. - Cliques. - Bullying. - Gossiping culture. - Lies about job description. - High turn over rate.

Pros

There are a few nice people there but not many, cliques all over and Every day you walk in you feel uncomfortable like there are eyes on you watching ever move. People with bad attitudes get away with murder, even down to the cup of tea making people will go out there way not to ask you if you want a cuppa even though they will ask the person next to you and everyone around you if you want one which makes you feel ostracised and left out straight away. It’s one of them places we’re the longer you have been there the more you can get away with and do,but if your new you better keep your head down.

Cons

I had a 3 month trial and in that time they completely changed the job role. So from the description they put on indeed to the description they actually wanted after three months was completely different. After the end of the three month trial they told me I was dismissed, I asked why did the job change as I had no experience of what they wanted me to do, there answer was- that’s just the way the job turned out organically, sorry! So I gave up my original job that I had been at for 4.5yrs to go there and there answer was-that’s just the way the job turned out organically, sorry! So I have now not got a job because you didn’t know what you were looking for in the job role you put out on indeed and took me on to do. I should of known they didn’t know what they were doing as the job role title on here was completely different to the role name I signed up for. Also I had 2 hospital operations one small and one medium, so had two days off for the first operation and five days to recover for the other and when they dismissed me they used this time off as sickness against me. They said it’s a really nice place to work and everyone is lovely, the boss is on dragons dens and I found that there are a lot of sly people out for themselves and a lot of people who are good employees but certainly not management. All in all i find it’s terrible behaviour from a company we’re the boss is on national television to treat people like that when they do not know what they are looking for. I think if your looking for a professional well run company don’t be fooled by there boss being on TV this place certainly won’t be for you.

Pros

There isn’t anything positive I can say. It’s a terrible place to work.

Cons

Bully culture. Work/Life balance is impossible. You are bullied into working long hours with no thanks or reward. No cost of living increase. Told you are lucky to have a job. Bad and unsupportive management. Staff turnover is huge. People just disappear. People in high positions have no idea what they’re doing and don’t know how to treat people. No one will speak up because nothing gets done about it. Managers are in with the company owners and are protected. Truly a dreadful place to work.
