      Crafting Beauty is a supportive and collaborative environment where you can genuinely grow. The team is kind, talented, and always willing to help. You get exposure to many parts of the business, which makes the work interesting and rewarding. Leadership is approachable and encourages initiative.

      The pace can be fast at times, but it comes with the entrepreneurial nature of the company.

      Some of the projects are cool

      It took me more than a year to recover from this traumatic experience. The work culture is bullying. I got insulted by the CEO and my coworkers daily, in private and in front of clients. <6 employees with no boundaries whether it is in your personal or professional life. They expect you to work overtime constantly and have no personal life or else they will resent you for leaving on time.
