Pros
Good pay and bonuses providing you can enter the inner circle Opportunities to do any external study you like at company expense in work time Pay rise and recognition when completed - even if don't pass or attend Freedom to take time out for personal appointments when required without the need to provide a medical certificate or apply for leave providing you are part of the 'inner core group' Recognition and rewards for any activity that increases the bottom line without scrutiny or ramifications Encouraged to find simplified processes and procedures that save money and rewarded for doing so
Cons
Management only interested in the bottom line, and do not question how market results over and above industry expectations are achieved Management take no responsibility for any activities found to be dodgy citing ignorance and staff acting outside company guidelines Management ignore Fair Work minimum requirements preferring to "not do that" or make their own rules to suit the company rather than provide minimum protections for the employee If outside the inner core group expect overwork, little or not work life balance, no training or advancement opportunities, no pay rises (not even CPI) and minimal bonuses For those not willing to "find solutions" expect to be blamed for any activity found not to be kosher and 'punished'

Some nice people with hearts of gold, but far and few between

Exec leadership was extremely poor and thus seeped poison downwards - making it a toxic place to work, in and out club, bullying
