Pros
Most of the other employees are kind and will encourage one another.
Cons
They will hire you even when you tell them you can't do one thing on the preferred skills. If you don't figure it out within a few months they get angry. Like many companies they want jack of all trades. You can be amazing at every part of your job but one and they will belittle you and let you know how worthless you are. I left my dream career area thanks to Crary. Now to find a new career type. They want mediocre work so you can do everything, if you're amazing at somethings it doesn't matter.
