The management struggles to effectively oversee operations and lacks a proactive approach to fostering growth, both in terms of employee development and business advancement. Despite offering numerous suggestions, especially in enhancing our digital presence where improvement is needed, there was limited receptiveness. Additionally, the management team displayed inconsistency by imposing rigid schedules while exercising flexibility for themselves as needed. Furthermore, overtime work was expected without proper acknowledgment or recognition.
