Friendly staff, rapidly expanding, most staff willing to help out.
Cons
Biting off more than they can chew, fundamental problems with part quality which unfortunately affects end user due to lack of product development. More of a reactive approach to problems rather than proactive. Certain management try there best however are usually superseded by Senior management which leads to a toxic atmosphere towards employee moral. Senior management have a hire and fire mentality to temporary staff instead of training them to deliver better products.
