      None was awful. do not work for them

      Cons

      awful company and toxic work environment. HR is covering up illegal items and is never compliant ADA violations all the time Food safety violations

      Pros

      - Many venues to work with, great exposure to the industry - Many different types of events to be apart of - It Is what you make of the experience, you will work a lot & not have much free time, but if you would like to learn about the events world in hospitality, this is a great place to start

      Cons

      - No hybrid work opportunities - Work most major holidays - No summer Fridays - No tips / commission for coordinators - It is not an 8hrs a day job - Many people to report to - No windows in the office - Very busy, need to figure things out with little to no direction or different directions from multiple ppl..

      CCMC needs a complete company restructure.

      Pros

      A “hospitality group” that tries to celebrate diversity in the culinary industry but fails.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized. Despite open communication and willingness to grow and take on projects leadership failed to show interest. Seems like they would rather have managers who pretend to attend meetings for hours and come back bragging about a full stomach and the free food they received from restaurants. The office feels like a lunch room, with zero consideration of others taking zoom/phone calls. Expect to constantly remind manager and HR to pay for holidays announced as “paid.”
