Pros
Christmas bonus, 1 week PTO first 6 months and 2 weeks PTO afterwards, $200 company contribution goes towards health insurance and working landscaping at high end mansions including some celebrities.
Cons
Not much room to grow as far as benefits goes. Employees tend to work for less than a year, sometimes less than a month.
