In the business development team, senior employees often discouraged junior staff from succeeding. The work environment was affected by unhealthy corporate politics, which eventually pushed me to leave the company. Overall, the HR and management were weak and tended to support toxic employees rather than addressing the issues. Unfortunately, there was a lack of support for those who were genuinely trying to perform well. I would not recommend this organization to sincere and hardworking individuals, as the environment does not encourage growth or success.

They will overuse people , do things their way and lie alot on lectures , giving students false hope
