The owner of this company is very scatter-brained and extremely unprofessional. She seems to only want a team of assistants and trusts no one to do anything. This place will stunt your career growth and you will not be treated with respect or recognition. Company has very high turnover rate (employees are fired after 1 week or even 1 day) due to unrealistic demands of the owner. Because of this, the company only ever has 2 or 3 employees working for her at any given time and the workload for these employees are very overwhelming. Honestly, have no idea how this business is still open due to her lack of professionalism. Owner is also dishonest about job descriptions and your role within the company - don't waste your time.
