Pros
This company is Christian owned and very genuine. They care about their employees, and are very understanding if you need to takeoff for a sickness. They give a Christmas bonus. Outside of that pay was consistent.
Cons
Expectations that they have for three-year-olds is a bit high. As the teacher, I felt very overwhelmed to be expected to herd cats and make them learn a 25 minute dance. The preschool owners even commented that the classes are too long for the children.
