Pros
Some of the best reasons to work at Creative Outreach Ministries is because it is fulfilling to be able to give back to the community. Our team assisted with food pantry, clothing vouchers, furniture vouchers and electric and rental assistance. We served the low income families in Montgomery County. Everyday I was humbled from within and thankful for so much.
Cons
Our team was working with inmates that were just released from prison, the homeless off the streets, etc. Therefore some of them can be very mean and say some hateful things. I did not like the fact that if they did not have the proper documents to get the assistance they needed that I would have to turn them away.
