Corporate was knowledgeable and up to date on rules and regulations
Cons
Company was pro firing rather than working with employees Corporate only looked out for themselves and did not care about those that were in the buildings working. Those working in the buildings were dispensable no matter the title. Corporate was very demeaning in emails. Not a lot of positive recognition except for their favorite buildings. Employees would go above and beyond but it was still not good enough. They expect you to not have your own personal life and to live and breath the building that you are at. They make Admin and DON put their personal phone numbers on the On Hold music on their phone system as well as on business cards.
