Pros

Filiming in England team and investment team are very successful and have functional teams with solid leadership and work culture. Gives you a foot in the industry.

Cons

The pay is significantly below competitors in the sector and yet there is a constant push to grow the business and bring new money in - however staff don't get a pay rise or get forward or promotion. Equality and Diversity is non-existant with most staff and managers from private schools, who consciously or subconsciously give larger workloads to ethnic minority staff members. Micromanagers who have no expertise or vision in what they do, creating very difficult and hellish work environments. No culture of respect for other staff members and power dynamics are abused by senior members of staff. Pay discrepancies mean Directors earn 80k plus bonuses but the lowest paid are on 24k or below.
