They make you fool by giving fake promises and make you work at last they won't give the salary

6yDear Employee, I believe you have had your discussions with the management during and after your tenure at this company. Your final settlements aren't completed as no handovers were made before your last day. Due to which the new person incharge had to redo everything from scratch. Resulting in losses which you haven't mentioned in your feedback.
Often we hear about company concerns over social and networking media, little do you mention the mistakes of self? Never right? We wish you a bright future!

Pros
Liberal with decision making as long as you are thinking through, fun loving, no micro management, decent pay. If you are planning to make a career in design this is the company. Great place for interns.
Cons
I won’t say cons, it’s their approach of looking into the traditional architecture drawings and making this easier for the people on ground. If you have already worked in an architects firm it might be little different with their approach.
