Pros

There are absolutely ZERO pros about working here.

Cons

To start off the company uses an affiliates name (Credit Glory) for their hiring. When you look up employee reviews for them you would think you are in a great place but that is far from truth. Training is also a waste of time. Coming from a finance background I was amazed at all the unqualified people they hired and to make things worse they did not even teach them a single thing about credit. The company prioritizes lying to customers (making them believe they called the collection agency) to get sales. They also charge clients $1 to review their credit report which is absolutely unheard of in this industry. That alone throws people off and makes them believe credit Sage are scammers (which tbh they are). Training also consists of taking calls with another trainee which is an absolute farce. We were given thanksgiving week off with no pay as well because there wasn’t enough demand to give calls to trainees. When we came back we were only allowed to take a few calls and if we didn’t close any of those calls we would be sent to call listening for the rest of the day. I can’t tell you enough the amount of times I listened to reps and other trainees completely lie and misinform the clients just to get a sale which barely pays any commission as it is. If you are okay with lying and potentially ruining other people’s lives for very very little pay this job is for you. It is a complete joke and I have no doubt in my mind this company will get shut down in the future like many credit repair companies do for their u professionalism and having zero compliance standards.

Pros

They're flexible with work schedule/hours.

Cons

Lowest I've been paid in years. Commission structure only rewards a small percentage of reps. Terrible benefits (hundreds of dollars a month), basically all of management is white men, with a couple of white women sprinkled in. Their solution to preventing an employee revolt is to not allow reps to DM each other or create channels, going as far as to say that is a fireable offense. This is an excruciating job. I was lied to about pay expectations when I interviewed, after I was hired, and during training. Then was finally told that realistic pay is less than half of what I was promised.

Pros

Getting a paycheck . Going to lunch and break.

Cons

Where should I start? Unorganized! Scammy company! We don’t even announce who we are when customers call in! The customers think we are the collection company and we are trained to read this stupid script and only revealing who we are when asked. And the script is like a frickin book! Way too long! Makes no sense!! The training sucks !! No organization ! It’s like they are just winging it as the days go by. This is the worst job I have ever had in my life! Sitting around for 8 hours and only had 2 calls is wild! Buddying up with a partner to take calls like we are in romper room is crazy! This company is very shady! I don’t trust them. I know it’s virtual but to not see the manager’s actual face ever or the trainer on the training calls is just plain weird! I’m glad I left this company and I’m not looking back !!!! Started off with 26 in the class and when I left it was 15. Smh!!!
