There are no pros, unfortunatley

Cons

The only things I can think of, is your payment plans get stolen, no one returns it to you. The work place is not what you think. It's not vibrant or bright. Full of toxic individuals, There are around 5 that aren't toxic. The rest are. Over working by constantly doing emails, calls phoning customers without a break regarding debts. You know, I'm glad i've been sacked. I never liked this company and made a mistake in terms of applying.

*Huge earnings available if you are proper good at all aspects of sales *Sales director is a sales guru who genuinely knows the art of sales. Nice guy too. *No micro-management or condescending hassle on targets *Great HR team who cover every detail and make sure you are comfy in all aspects. *No fakeness or passengers - it is stand and deliver or not for you * All nice and authentic people that I have encountered / no games and politics *Not overtly woke which is hard to learn fully when one is more mature *Birthday off, good holidays, pension, death in service etc.. and VERY GOOD internal discount scheme on retailers making savings of up to 50% on things we buy

Personally I have not encountered any as I have not been there long enough but I would say this :- * If you are not a hard worker and don't have thick skin, this company is probably not for you - debt collection is not glamorous or sexy so some days will be tough - weigh that up - it is the navy seals of sales and service. * I wish I had worked for this company when I was younger as the earning potential is massive for salespeople. C'est la vie...

Working for Credit Style is such a positive experience. Not only are colleagues and management approachable and supportive, the opportunity of development is also available. The progress I have made within my job role, as well as personally, whilst being an employee at Credit Style is huge. If you are willing to put in the effort, this is definitely rewarded. I really can see myself working for Credit Style for a long time! I can't think of anything that would reason me leaving.

Cons

I genuinely can not think of a negative experience I have had whilst working at Credit Style, However, you must be willing to take new/revised instruction, as our service to clients is a priority and instruction is reviewed and revised regularly.
