Avoid - CSL Collector Credit Style Employee Review

*Huge earnings available if you are proper good at all aspects of sales *Sales director is a sales guru who genuinely knows the art of sales. Nice guy too. *No micro-management or condescending hassle on targets *Great HR team who cover every detail and make sure you are comfy in all aspects. *No fakeness or passengers - it is stand and deliver or not for you * All nice and authentic people that I have encountered / no games and politics *Not overtly woke which is hard to learn fully when one is more mature *Birthday off, good holidays, pension, death in service etc.. and VERY GOOD internal discount scheme on retailers making savings of up to 50% on things we buy

Personally I have not encountered any as I have not been there long enough but I would say this :- * If you are not a hard worker and don't have thick skin, this company is probably not for you - debt collection is not glamorous or sexy so some days will be tough - weigh that up - it is the navy seals of sales and service. * I wish I had worked for this company when I was younger as the earning potential is massive for salespeople. C'est la vie...

There's a lot of reasons I enjoy working at Credit Style, hear are just a few:- Monday - Friday working days, Holidays are + Bank holidays + your Birthday!, Competitive salary, Hybrid working, Fun themed days, such as Easter, Christmas, coffee mornings, any thing that is going on at the time (Kings coronation for example), Breakfast mornings etc... Free hot drinks, Free parking, Lots of added bonuses such as GP24, Death in service benefit, Mental health first aid support, employee assistant program and lots more, but most importantly, everyone is friendly and approachable, the company puts its employees first.

Like with any other job, along side the good is some not so good, such as targets to be met, expectations of attendance to work etc.. I would not describe these expectations as "Cons" as we are there to do a job, plus, you get out what you put in, more so most of the time.
