      Good for those looking for little structure, independence

      Pros

      Plenty of freedom to research and write about topics that interest you within your coverage sector and to collaborate in cross sector pieces if you are proactive. Loose management structure, good for those looking for little structure/management oversight. You can run your sector as a little business in a sense. Seems to have good work-life balance

      Cons

      No set training program for juniors, you will have to learn a lot on your own. Company is a little lacking/disorganized on the technology/training/HR front, but nothing egregious. This seems to be improving post Fitch integration. Pay seems to be a little behind the curve.

      Excellent compensation and friendly colleagues. Lots of talent in the room.

      Cons

      As with most places, some of the higher-ups should have been shown the door long ago.
