Pros

Night shift (8hrs work mandatory) You're being watched constantly Use of phones are restricted

Cons

Not a good space to work. This is not at a software company or the company who value their employees. Leave policies are awful. Do not join as a software engineer. You'll not be granted leave without proper reason. Long Weekend plans? You'll need a doctor certificate. The trust in the employees is ZERO.

Pros

Good learning of complete SCM Operations - Order entry to Invoicing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Reporting, Client handling, Warehouse coordination, POE shipments etc

Cons

3 Months Notice Period. May be asked to sign a 1 year contract at the time of joining. No standard ERP system. No Bonuses or extra pay whatsoever. Complete formals expect on Fridays. No cab facility.

There is no working ambience, they recruite female employees but they don't have a facility to provide cab. The management is too rude and they don't provide any facility to the employees. I have faced sexual harrassment in the company which no action had been taken against it, My team lead misbehaved with me, used vulgar comments against me, I had notified the management and HR about it but they asked me to keep it confidential as I discussed this matter with 2-3 colleagues of mine they asked me to put down my papers forcefully manupulating me.The Team leader is still working in the organisation as a emplyee because they can't loose a experienced employee. They don't have any fixed training session too. They will give work pressure from the starting and will not give you a proper training about it. As I was released immediately I asked rather requested for a full month payment which the director of the comoanc agreed too but later they denied of every thing and gave me a 15 days payment. This is a startups company with no perfect working ambience, corporate work culture and facilities. No canteen or cafeteria , no over time payments, no cabs for pick and drop. They were reluctant in giving the releavure letter too though I worked for two months still I was in need of it and literally had to follow up and beg lastly for it. The behaviour of the management was very upsetting and bad.
