Pros
A well established market leader in Botswana. Sound business principles and socially responsible. A culture of employee development with expatriates mentoring local Management to uplift standards of Hospitality Delivery as a whole
Cons
Botswana is a hot, dry and dusty place in a semi arid desert. Work permits issued by Government are very difficult to come by and often turned down depending on political climate at any given time. Not a good place to educate children to an international standard.
